Monroe Heating & Sheet Metal recently installed a new Trane A/C and new Trane furnace. The job was done in a timely manner, as promised, and all work was completed in a day. Including relocation of the A/C unit, testing of the new system, and cleanup after work was done. Pricing was fair and competitive. Kudos to the Monroe Heating team!
Fast, professional, and knowledgable! I asked many questions, and Hunter answered and gave tips and advice.
Highly recommend them. We had them install a gas fireplace 2 yers ago. Very professional. Two days ago our air conditioner started blowing warm air. Great timing as the temps were 90+. We called them and they were out the same morning, reviewed our situation and we simply needed a $30 part. The tech was very knowledgable and professional and did not try to upsell us on a new unit. We will defiantly be using them in the future.

The crew who did the install were very professional and they worked hard and fast in snow! Tracy was also very friendly and professional.
